Welcome to Neighbourhood 3 Children’s Centre’s, we are a group of Children’s Centre’s that sit in the heart of North Manchester, Sure Start’s ethos is to deliver the best start in life for every child and family.
 

 We have 4 Centre’s in the Neighbourhood – Newton Heath, Moston, Collyhurst and Miles Platting and Ancoats and each Centre offers exciting sessions and groups as well as a team of Outreach Workers offering information and guidance and family support.
 

Sure Start Children's Centre's are places where children under 5 years old and their families can access a wide range of support services and information including early education, childcare, health, home safety advice and family support.
